Ive used red, clear, and turquoise Stickles. Prismacolor pencils & baby oil. Yellow Tulip puff paint on the fire. Corduroy brads from Stampin’ Up.Ā  The frame is a Spellbinders die cut. DSP by Recollections, CS by SU.

  3. D’oh! You are so bad for my pocket book! Now I really want puffy tulip paint!!! Oh…just the other day I bought blending nibs so I can try blending my pencils with oil. My hubby is soooo not gonna like you. LOL! Anyway, darling card!
