Good evening Friends,
And welcome to my Day 13 of “A Christmas card a Day in November” goal for myself, and a gift for you. Thank you all for playing along with me. I truly hope you are enjoying your time here. I would love to know what you all like and don’t like about my cards. I am really having fun. It is not my normal to be normal. And make normal cards. (If you know me then that sentience will make sense.)
I have read some of you all like “Traditional” colors in your cards. I in the past have like my Christmas card’s to have that “Traditional” Christmas look. However this year, I am looking out of my “Traditional” box. I don’t usually use lots of blues, and have not ever used the colors I have been so far. Thanks to Stampin’ Up’s! new DSP that I fell in LOVE with, I have gone BLUES crazy. But I still love that “Traditional” Christmas look, and I also like vintage Christmas too. Anyways, here is my card for today, and it is neither blue, nor vintage.
I have used SU’s retired stamp set “Wishing You.” I white heat embossed onto Basic Black CS. I used the embossing folder “Northern Flurry #120902.” I tied a silver Christmas Tree charm to the SU Cherry Cobbler Backer’s Twine.
This is actually the first time I have ever used my SU stamp set. Pitiful just Pitiful.
Thanks again for your visit and comments. Stay Crafty my Friends!
