It has started, and it is HERE?????

What am I talking about? I am talking about some Stampin’ Up! inspiration and a Valentine’s Stampin’ Up! stamp set for someone!

V-Day-stamps

The name of the Valentine’s Stampin’ Up! stamp set that I am gifting to someone is called “Follow my Heart.” If you do not want to wait to see if you win, you can get this set by going to my web site Inkyfrogettes.stampinup.net and the item number is #134614. There is another Valentine’s Stampin’ Up! stamp set that I ordered, I could not help my self…. here is what it looks like: (The item #is 131853)

Love You More Clear-mount Stamp Set

That catalog you see in the photo is the new catalog from Stampin’ Up! It also comes with the “Sale-A-Bration” catalog. The one in the photo is full of new items. The other catalog is where for every $50.00 you spend you get to choose something for FREE!!!! If you would like an actual catalog mailed to you then email me at: KLDeyette@yahoo.com

The catalogs can be viewed on line by going to my online webstore click here!

Okay this is how you can win the Valentine’s Stampin’ Up! stamp set:

1. Become a follower if you are not one already.

2. Make a comment each day I post. (7 days.) Your comment must include what it is about the card do you like. No comments that simply say nice, pretty, etc… will be excepted.

3. Have Fun!

Easy peasy right?? Oh and sometimes I ask questions, and for all of those that answer my questions gets their name into the hat an extra time. I did this when I gave away a Christmas bundle set, when I did “A Christmas card a day in November.”

Okay any questions just ask….

Now onto 7 Days of V-Day!

Day 1:

Day-1

Day-1-insideFor the inside I added some colored SU cardstock and used the “Ticket punch” it makes it inverted. Then with my fave die cut “Top Note” I cut a place for the message.

I used the stamp set “Follow My Heart Clear-Mount Stamp Set 134614” I used the ink colors Coastal Cabana and Strawberry Slush.

I have used the Coastal Cabana 3/8″ Ruffle Stretch Trim 130024. The DSP in the back ground is new, and I have used the Strawberry Slush color. (I have to admit to you all my new fave colors are these two colors.) To me it’s so much better then plain red and white.

I used the same banner stamp with a key and stamped it 3 times and used some SU Baker’s Twine for the banner. To cut my shape I used the matching punch, that is free with a $50 purchase.

Hope you like my card, and hope that you will spend the next 6 days with me. Tell a friend, have them tell me you invited them here and I will put your name into the HAT an extra time.

If I can be of crafty help let me know! Thank you for your visit and for your comments. Stay Crafty my Friends!

Peace,

    • I am sorry Patti, but I have not used “Strawberry Slush” not ONCE on my Christmas cards. I did used lots of different types of blues, silvers, and greys. When the red looked red, well it was fully red. ie: I used Red Ridding Hood paper and ink. My “Strawberry Slush” card stock and DSP is brand new for me.

  1. this is really cute! so glad you directed me to your site and to find out you are a demo!
I only use SU! inks and solid cs for all of my projects.

  2. This is a great card! It’s wonderful to see other colors besides the usual pinks and reds for a Valentine’s Day card! Love the banners on this card too!

  7. Nice! [ I just couldn’t resist – hee hee – that’s why you included me in the ‘living off the grid card’!!!] i love the pendant kristy. the size of the new punch is so cute and the stamp is adorable. when i saw the ruffled ribbon i wondered “hmmm how did i miss that? you actually inspired me to look it up and find it. you have used it in the most wonderful way, just a little peek showing. the inside of your card is SO nice with a big note shape and not the typical square of white paper. as original as you! xox

  8. Samara, once you get your hands on this ruffled ribbon you will be in love for real! I kid you not. I saw it in the catalog thought it was pretty, but once I got to play with it I HAD to order it in every color!!

  9. Pretty card! I love the banner and the colors you used! Can’t wait to try out some of that cute ribbon too… adds a fun bit of dimension!
