Stud Santa by Kenny K FB challenge

Standard

Good evening,

I created a Christmas card today, I plan on mailing this card out to a friend that swaps ATCs with me.

On Facebook the digi company called Kenny K has some free digi stamps, one of the stamps is this Stud Santa. Here is the link to the FB challenge Click Me!

I colored my image with Copic Sketch markers. It’s been popped up on foam squares.

The sentiment is a digi stamp from “Fresh Brewed Designs.”

I used a pre-made card and envelope from Micheal’s.  The poinsettias are also Micheal’s.

The 2 background dies are by Spellbinders card creator “Resplendent Rectangles.”

The striped paper and the “Bloom Cluster” die is from Fun Stampers Journey.

I sponged the edges with TH’s distress inks in “Vintage Photo” and “Pealed Paint.”

Thanks for stopping by, thanks for your comments. Stay Crafty my Friends!

Peace,

My Scrapbook Store Hop!

Standard

Good morning friends,

I am sharing with you all some of my photos that I scraped booked from my Scrapbook Store Road Trip I took with my Step-Mom Donna!

SBS-RT-cover-01

They provided us with this 6×6 album. And they are doing a contest for covering the front. I have submitted this! For my cover I use some DP from stash, the letters are from Stampin’ Up called “Morning Post Alphabet” (Follow the link to get yours.) I stamped them in SU’s Chocolate Chip ink, then fussy cut out each one. The 2 pointing hands are in the  “Morning Post Alphabet” stamp set. I colored them with Copics. The postage stamps at the bottom came off a package from Ike’s Art, she is in Greece so to me these postage stamps look really cool!! On the left: the rose colored chain is from Wal-Mart, the Post Card metal charm is from Scaporium. (On of the Scrapbook Stores on our trip.) The key is from stash. The metal frame in the center is Hodge Podge Hardware from Stampin’ Up! I colored it with a Copic marker, because it was to bright and shiny silver. The 2013 is from my label maker. The metal key hole is from Tim Holtz. I painted on 2 coats of Aleen’s Collage Podge, once it dried  I sprayed “Goosebumps” on top! I am addicted to Goosebumps. Unfourntly my camera does not do a great job of showing why I love this stuff!! But it leaves a bumpy texture, and shiny too!

On my second page I added a Pirate’s map colored with Tim Holtz’s Distress Paints. (That I bought at this store.) I used Delicious Doodles’ “Treasure Map” (Follow the link to get yours.) All of the cut outs and etc… was provided by Scraporium.

Next Hop Stop was New York! The name of the store is “Whim So Doodle.” On the first page they let us use some Dyulsions sprays in Black Soot and Hot Pink. And we used two different stencils for the page. One stencil is the “Subway System” in New York, and then the NY sky line. The 2nd page came already sprayed, using a different NY sky line.
