Good morning Friends,

Today is Day 4 of “7 days of Stampin’ Up! Valentine inspirations.” For those that answered my questions I do have your name down again.

This is how you can win the Valentine’s Stampin’ Up! stamp set from me:

Easy peasy! Oh, and sometimes I ask questions, and for all of you, that answer my questions, you will get your name into the Hat an extra time.

Want another way to get your name in the Hat an extra time? Invite a friend, tell your friend to mention your name and your name, and your friend’s name will go into the Hat an extra time as well. The friends still have to make  comments on each of the 7 posts.

Day 4:

I have used the stamp set called “Follow My Heart” #134614. I stamped, using Jet Black Stazon #101406. The card base is Strawberry Slush, so is the DSP, the DSP is double sided. The tiny heart is the opposite side of this paper. “2013-2015 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack #130136.” I have also used the “Arrows” embossing folder #132187 it’s new, it is found in the Celebrate the Everyday Occasions catalog. I like the contrast of the embossing folder paired with the chevron look of the DSP. Rhinestones #119246 are SU so is the flower brad for the “O.”

I have used the Top Note Bigz Die #113463. SU sentiment. The hearts were created using the “Fashionable Hearts Embosslits Die #125596.”

I am happy that you’all came back for Day 3 of  “7 days of Stampin’ Up! Valentine inspirations.” What is your favorite colors for Valentine cards?

Day 3:

The card stock card base is Island Indigo, then Whisper White, then Strawberry Slush. I laid the Strawberry Slush card stock on top of the white then put it in the “Honeycomb Textured Impressions Embossing Folder #129378.” I used Strawberry Slush DSP from the “2013-2015 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack #130136.” I tied to the “U” stamp a piece of  “Bermuda Bay 1/8″ Taffeta Ribbon” #131206. The 2 tiny strips on the “U” is of the same DSP. The sentiment is from the new Valentine set “Follow My Heart” #134614. The big U stamp is from a retired set called “All about U.”This set was either my first or second SU stamp set that I bought. When I lived in Virginia Beach, a big group of ladies would meet up at a church near my house, it was one of those monthly work shops. How many of you ladies are in a monthly SU workshop? Did you know that we can NOW have workshops through the internet? Real quick if you don’t know what it is, a group of crafters place an order of 25.00 dollars each and each month someone different is the HOSTESS, and that person gets free stamps and discounts and all kinds of stuff.

Of course my fave Top Note Bigz Die #113463 inside for the nice sentiment, from the set “Love You More” #131853

* “All about U” retired stamp set.

* “Island Indigo Chevron Ribbon #131151.”

* “Dazzling Details” #124117 This iridescent glitter glue will add dazzling sparkle to any project with less mess! The narrow tip allows for precise application. Nontoxic and acid free.

* That marker looking thing has red thin paint like or maybe Smooch like stuff with red glitter. I painted it on top of my  “U” after I stamped it in Real Red. I found it at a scrapbook store somewhere? It says on the tube “Wink of Stella Brush.”

Day 2 of “7 days of Stampin’ Up! Valentine inspirations” by KristyLee

Good morning Friends,

I am happy  you all are back for Day 2 of “7 days of Stampin’ Up! Valentine inspirations.”

So lets get on with it!

Day 2:

I have used 2 different V-Day stamp sets today.

1. The bird with Love heart is from the brand new set called “Love You More #131853.” I have colored the stamp with 6 different SU Stamp and Write markers.

2.  I used a retired set called “Valentine Defined.” The stamp that is horizontal hearts was stamped using Real Red. For the sprigs, I used 2 different SU Stamp and Write markers. I use to go to a monthly Stampin’ Up! work shop. The demonstrator received 2 of these stamp sets, one by accident. So she used it as a door prize, and I won!! I wanted this set anyways, and then when she did a name in the hat drawing for it, I was like me me me me! And sure enough my name was picked. I so happy to happy!! I think I made like 30 something cards, because I  really like this stamp!

The stamps have been stamped onto the Top Note Bigz Die #113463. The card stock base is “Strawberry Slush”  so is the DSP, it is from the “2013-2015 In Color Designer Series Paper Stack #130136.” You get 40 12×12 DOUBLE-SIDED sheets in these packs.

The last square shown is Strawberry Slush. I have no idea how your computer is picking up these colors?

The ribbon is new also it’s called “Island Indigo 3/4″ Chevron Ribbon #131151.”

And added some Jeweled brads.

Here is the inside of the card. I have used the Top Note Bigz Die #113463. The sentiment inside of from the set “Valentine Defined.” Stamped in Real Red. I used the DSP with the “Fashionable Hearts Embosslits Die #125596.” I like to decorate the insides of my cards. And if you know me then you know I LOVE to use the Top Note die cut for the inside, among other reasons to use the Top Note. (It is my most used Die.)
