Need a Squeeze?

Standard

Good afternoon crafty friends,

I just finished this Birthday card today. I think it turned out so cute!

I would like to enter this card into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: “Anything Goes.”

VSN-Lemon-tree-Mar2020

I colored my lemons by FSJ with Copic markers. The 2 sentiments are from Unity Stamp Co.

I used the shaker window and die set by Close to my Heart. Papers are from FSJ. Card dies are from Sizzix.

The contents in the window are “Slice-fettie” and it’s also from FSJ.

I personally just love how this looks in person, so fun!

Thank you for stopping by and thank you for your comments.

Stay safe, stay healthy!

Birthday Song

Standard

Good evening crafty friends,

I have a birthday card to share with you all tonight. Tomorrow is my friend’s birthday and being inspired by “Simon Say’s Stamp blog” Monday’s challenge “Inspired by Music” I created this card:

shawana-4-2020

shawana-inside-4-2020

I cut out printed paper by DCWV, and some glitter paper with Dotted Sizzix  dies.

I cut the branch from my Starbucks coffee wrapper with the Tim Holtz “Branch Tree” thick die.

The bird was stamped onto X-Press It blending card, and colored with Copic markers.

I used Jane Davenports Blue Marlin Squid ink.

Thank you for stopping by, and thank you for your comments.

Stay crafty!

Peace,

KristyLee

Happy Birthday Elise!

Standard

My friend Elise had a Birthday on St. Patty’ day the 17th! She has a thing for Fairies so I of course had to make her card using a fairy!

I have used Delicious Doodles digi stamp “Celtic Fairy,” “Shamrock Set,” and “Butterfly Boarder Frame.” I colored them using Copics and Prismacolor pencils for her hair.

I used “Gumball Green” card stock from SU, as my card base. The “Happy Birthday to You” is a rubber stamp from Stampin’ Up!
