20 Winks!

Good morning Friends,

It is a great day here in Sunny Florida, the weather is just perfect! I hope it is good for you all? Well today I  have an altered tag to share with you all! I have used the digital image from Rick St. Dennis called “20 Winks” Follow the link to get yours!

Well I created a tag with here:

I have used a pre-cut Ranger Tag. Then sprayed Dylusions spray inks. I felt that if I were to use back ground stamps, the image might get lost in with them; this way the focus is on this totally BEAUTIFUL fairy! I used a sentiment stamp from Stampin’ Up! that reads ” Now and then it is good to pause in our PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS and just be happy.” I felt this was a good sentiment to go with this image because NAPPING  makes me Happy! I used a Fiskars grass punch for the bottom. So what do you think of my tag! I used Copics to color in my image.

GDT at Mema’s Crafts for RSD!

Good morning Friends,

I would like to share my GDT card, that I made for a challenge blog called “Mema’s Crafts.“ Rick St. Dennis is sponsoring them.

The theme for their March long challenge is “Sketch Your Way,” you can choose from 2 different sketches.

I chose Sketch 1 here’s my card:

I have used a digi image from Rick St. Dennis. I colored it using Copics. The clear rhinestones on his vest, the black rhinestone for the bird’s eye, and the 2 turquoise Gems came from Pizzazz Aplenty.”

The wishbone is from  TH. The ribbon, sentiment stamp, ink, and card stock is from Stampin’ Up! DSP from stash.

Pierrot Masque on Canvas!

Good morning Friends,

I have used a beautiful Peirrot for a canvas project, and I would like to share it with you.

I have used a digi curtsy of Rick St. Dennis called “Pierrot Masque” (Follow link to get yours!) I have colored the image using Prisamacolor pencils. The canvas is a 5×7 canvas board. I used Gelatos for the back ground, the black Harlequin print, and for the fill in of the leaves.

I used a quote from Oscar Wile.

My new SU stamp and some ATCs!

Good evening Friends,

I would like to share some ATCs with you all. I made this ATCs for my Inky Froggies group on Facebook. This is January’s ATC swap, the theme is “New” interpret as you wish. Use something new like a stamp, embellishment, or new technique.

I went with NEW STAMPS!

I have used the stamp set called “Follow you Heart”  #134611

I used Ranger spray inks for the back ground. Then stamped the Eiffile tower using black Stazon. I used two banner stamps from the “Banner Blast” stamp set which is FREE! and used the matching banner punch which is also FREE! I used Westiera Wonder Bakers Twine.  On the bottom I used Baked Brown Sugar stretch trim. #130022. The colors that I used for my 3 banners are: Summer Starfruit, Strawberry Slush, and Cool Caribbean.  I hand wrote Happy New Year, then I found my SU stamp set that had those words.

 

I made a card as a inspiration card for my February monthly challenge for my Inky Froggies group. The theme is “Lovies” interpret as you wish. It can be a Valentine card/ project, or anything that you love etc… I love Coffee and I love friends! And I just got this stamp set in the mail and I just had to play with it!!!! I was so excited!

I have used Stampin’ Up’s! stamp set called “Perfect Blend” #131392 I stamped 2 cups using Baked Brown Sugar ink. I used 2 super light blue Copics on the cups. The senti was stamped using “Strawberry Slush”  The hearts were cut out using the “Fashionable Hearts Embosslits Die” #125596 with the newest in-color DSP. I used brown Baker’s Twin, and Strawberry Slush stretch trim. #130023

PICCOT or Pierrots by Rick St. Dennis!

Good morning Friends,

I would like to share a really pretty Pierrot clown with you. When I saw this digi in Rick St. Dennis’ Zibbet  store I fell in love. The name of this digi is “PICCOT” (Follow the link to get yours.)

How would you color PICCOT?

I have colored her using Prismacolor pencils. There are other Pierrot images at the store. All different kinds.

Baby New Year by Ike’s Art a Freebie and a Challenge!

Good morning Friends,

I would like to share a Shadow Box I created using Ike’s Art “Ninja Baby.” This digi can be found on Ike’s World Challenges!

Here is what I did with Baby Ninja:

I have colored the image with Prismacolor pencils (I used Copics on the baby’s skin.) I sponged the back-ground with SU’s ink in Pool Party and Basic Grey.

The 2 bottles are chipboard that I colored with my new Gelotos, then used my label machine to add the words. The swirls are from Recollections

The “Happy New Year” banner was created with my new Stampin’ Up! banner stamps and matching banner punch!

Day 18 of “A Christmas card a Day in November” goal!

Good evening friends,

I have been in my crafty room all day. Making ornaments, ATCs, and all kinds of stuff. Did you create anything today?

Day 18:

I used the SU set “Merry, Merry,” with Cherry Cobbler embossing powder. SU octagon punch. Retired SU DSP. I used a buckle from the “Hodge Podge Hardware.”

Day 10 of a Christmas card a day in November!

Hello Friends,

I have had a long day my step-mom and I drove a couple hours away to go visit Violette’s . They had an open house today. I got to do 3 make and takes out of the 6. The lines were just too long.  I will show you guys tomorrow what they are, so you all can get some ideas too.

Fun with ATCs! Challenge #95 – black/white/red

Good morning friends,

I get the challenge blog “Fun with ATCs” news letter and this morning I saw that one of my good friends and uber talented artist has just joined them as a DT! I am excited for her! So it made me want to play this challenge. But mostly I like the theme of “Black/White/Red.” AND it allowed me to use my BRAND NEW STAMP SET FROM STAMPIN’ UP! That I just got it in the mail yesterday!! And my brand new Halloween Washi tape also SU!

The stamp set on the left “Wicked Cool” I bought last year and I do believe it’s still available! However, check this out for my DIGITAL loving friends CLICK ME!

 

Okay so you now know the stamp sets I used. Card stock is from SU. The black lace is from SU. The white and black embossing powder is from SU. The new Halloween Washi tape is from SU.

The stamp set on the right is called “Best of Halloween” it is from Stampin’ Up’s “Best of 25 years” special (Follow the link to see more stamp sets in this collection.) Now what this means is that Stampin’ Up! has been around for 25 years and they are celebrating, and that is good for us. Because they are giving away a FREE stamp set of your choice valued at $14.95 or under. And the price is like that because all of the stamp sets in this special 25 promotion,  is only $14.95.

This is the “Stamp Set Collector’s Card” after you purchase 6 stamp sets from the 25 year special and you put the sticker that comes with each set in the little boxes, you then write in what stamp set you would like for free! One of this cards comes in each of the stamp sets, but hold on to one of them and put your stickers on only one card. You can either wait till all of the slots are filled then turn it in and get two stamp sets for free. Or you can do your 6 stickers turn it in and then do another 6 later.
