We are making history part 2

This started off with a Gel plate print. I used the Dylusions plate click me!

I used a punch and make hexagons put them on the left, with the strips, I used them on the right side.

I used the Dylusions Stencils: “Diamond of a Border,” “Stained Glass,” “Bubbles,” and small “Beehive.” Dylusions paints: Cut, Grass, Bubblegum Pink, London Blue, Pure Sunshine, Black Marble, Cherry Pie, Polished Jae, Crushed Grape, White Linen.
I pulled apart my old 5×8, Creative Journal. Using one of the pages and a hexagon punch I punched the shapes, pasted to the left, and cut strips of the paper w/ the cut-outs on the right side.
I stamped the houses from the set called, “Home,” onto the reprinted journal paper from the Large Creative Journal, that I pulled out of the book. The sentiment is from the same set.
The head is from the set called, “Pandemic.” The body is from the set called, “I can see you clearly.” I just happened to have that tea cup a saucer on my table so I put it on her head, and I like it there! 🙂

Dylusional Dogs Art Journal Pag

Art journal page in my Small Dylusions Journal.

I used Dylusions washi tape for my boarder.

Dylusions sentiment stamp.

The Tall dog is from “Winston and Lulu,” the smaller dogs are from the clear stamp set called “Puppy Tales.”

The background was originally a 2 page spread, that I did about drinking coffee and only talking to my dogs in the morning. But my small journal came apart a little bit, so I took some pages out and added washi tape to keep all the remaining pages intact. Since the right side is missing, I just covered up this page w/ Dylusional Dogs.

Pandemic Art journal page using Dylusions

I am in the process, when the time and mood hits, of making a Sarcastic themed Art Journal Book. I picked up a hard bound book from the Good Will, and I took some of the pages out. The pages that I left, I added white Gesso on some and Black Gesso on others. I have not as of yet covered the front and back cover, I still haven’t decided on what I want on it. I plan on making all the pages in this book with some kind of snark to it. Sometimes snarky can be just as up-lifting as Chopra.

This page started off with me using my Ranger Gel Plate and the Dylusions paints in White Linen, Dessert Sand, and Balmy Night.

I used the Doodle It stencil, and Stencil It Dayalog stencils. I added marks with a lt. green Posca pen.

I sponged white ink through the small Key Hole Dylusions stencil. I drew the boarder lines with the Dylusion Journal Block. Using a white Posca pen.

The head is from the stamp set called: Pandemic DYR76827. I stamped onto Xpress it, paper and colored it with Copic Sketch markers.

The body and swirls, I cut out of the “Coloring Sheets DYA48428.” I colored them with Copics.

I stamped the houses from stamp set called, “Right Up Your Street,” onto journal paper that I pulled out of my large Dylusions Journal book, that was sprayed with, Dirty Martini, Cut Grass, Vanilla Custard, & Fresh Lime. I also had paper that was sprayed using, Bubble Gum, Funky Fuchsia and Crushed Grape.

I came across a Meme that read: People keep telling me “if you don’t wear your mask, you don’t care about other people.” I thought I had already made that pretty clear. It had a grumpy looking older man in the picture. I think it’s a funny and sarcastic comment, and this page looks great in my Sarcastic Art Journal Book. Plus is was fun to create. As soon as I saw that meme, I knew right away I was going to use that Pandemic head stamp. I really like going to my stash of “Coluring Sheets” by Dyan for bodies. I cut them out but still every bit of the coloring in my art journal pages.

I made this page today for the Simon Says Stamp Challenge Blog, Monday’s Add a Quote challenge.

Thank you for stopping by and thank you for your comments. Stay happy, healthy, and crafty!

Art Journal Page

My Art Journal Page is inspired by my love of Dylusions products and Dyan Reaveley.

The background layers over time of Dylusions paint and stencils. I finally found what I wanted to add to this page. I cut different pieces from magazines and crated my Doll.

The sentiment I used is from Dylusions “Bigger Back Chat.”

Dylusions Stencils: Shattered, Small Bubbles, Honeycomb.

Dylusions Paint: Polished Jade, Marble Black, Vibrant Turquoise.

I get my inspirations from Dyan Reaveley’s online class, you can find them all on her Etsy store!

Neon CAS Birthday cards

The Monday Challenge on the Simon Says Stamp challenge blog, the theme is “Bright, Cheerful Colors.” So today I made these 2 birthday cards using Fun Stampers Journey’s neon card stock. And I would like to enter my cards.

I used the colors called: Orange Rave, Turbo Teal, Electric Lime, and Sour Lemon.

The Happy Birthday stamp if from Scrapbookdotcom .

I used the FSJ background die called “Floral View,” with the Turbo Teal card stock, and cut out two. The color name of the card stock behind the die is called “Electric Lime.” The card stock card base on the left is Sour Lemon. The small flowers were cut from the FSJ die called, “Spring Blooms Mini.”

The sentiment on the left has been popped up on foamies, and both of the card fronts are popped up as well.

I used gems from Stampin’ Up! in the center of the tiny flowers.

Thank you for your visit to my blog, and thank you for your comments.

Happy creating to you!

Crafty Unicorn Birthday

I have made a Birthday card for my sweet friend who loves Unicorns and loves to craft. I have used a digital image from the company called Polkadoodles.

I colored my image using Copic Sketch Markers.

For the horn I used Moon Glitter and Crystal Lacquer from Stamp On it.

I cut out the letters of happy birthday using my Cricut and glitter paper. I matted the colored image in black cardstock, then matted that using Glitter Paper. Cardstock is from FSJ.

I would like to enter my card in to the following challenges:
