Good evening Friends,

I would like to share a card I created for the FWF today! I am playing in Unity Stamp Co’s “Friends with Flair Friday.”

I just bought this stamp when Unity was having a crazy sale. I have wanted this set for a while, and I am so happy I have it now!  She is so beautiful and I had a great time “Paper Piecing” this Angel together!  The name of this set is “Arianna Girl” she is one of the “Angie Girl” collections from artist  Angie Bloom. (Follow the link to get yours.) I used Copics to color the flesh, hair, leaves, and flowers.

I created some “Geli Plate” papers, with acrylic paints, and paper pieced this stamp. I did this on white CS, then backed it with another piece of Geli Print paper.

For the card base I used a pre-cut card w/ an envelope. I colored it with Gelatos. Dried it with my Stampin’ Up! heat gun. I then used a “Texture Plate” from Stampin’ Up! The Moon and Stars is a die cut from Tim Holtz.

 

This is the inside of the card. I used a boarder punch on some more of the “Geli Plate” paper. The sentiment is from the set called “Delightful Little Things.” (Follow the link to get yours.)

This is this month’s challenge: A color, and 2 sketches, 1 card, 1 scrap-page

You can pick one or all, I went with the COLOR and the CARD SKETCH:

All of the colors are in here. And I made the card square, w/ an image to the left and a sentiment to the right.

For the back ground I used Gelatos. I colored my flower and leaves with Copics. Stamped the HB with “Taken with Teal.”

All card stock, DSP and the small purple button in the center of the flower, (I tied yellow floss in the button,) is from Stampin’ Up!

And like I usually do, I have deco’ed the inside:

The sentiment inside is also a Unity Stamp Co. stamp, and stamped w/ “Taken with Teal.” I put another sheet of SU DSP in here.

The weekend is almost here, I hope you all have a great one. My mom, my step-mom, and I are do a “Scrapbook Store Hop” so well leave on Friday morning, and come home late Saturday night. I went with my step-mom last year, and made a scrapbook out of our trip, some of you might remember? Fun Fun!

Day 7 of “7 days of Stampin’ Up! Valentine inspirations” by KristyLee

Good morning Friends,

Well today is the last day of Stampin’ Up! Valentine inspirations. I hope you were inspired in some way some how to create! Thank you for your visit each day, and playing along with answering my questions. If you did answer them, then you got your name in the Hat again. No one sent a friend, which I am surprised because you and your friend’s name would have been entered again.

Day 7:

The color is really red this time. It’s actually called “Real Red.” Don’t you just love the look of the Eiffel tower? I have used the new Valentine’s stamp set called “Follow My Heart” #134614

I created the back ground with my new Gelatos I got for my Birthday. Then stamped my 2 different stamps. On black card stock I cut a Top Note out then embossed it with the “Arrow” embossing folder, and then cut it in half. I used “Natural Trim Ribbon” #129287
